LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE of intent of Liberty Township, Adams County, PA to adopt an Ordinance Amending Chapter 350, Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances at a duly advertised public meeting and public hearing, which shall take place on November 4, 2026. The meeting shall commence at 6:00 p.m. in the Liberty Township Office, 39 Topper Road, Fairfield, PA 17320. The hearing shall take place during the meeting. The Ordinance updates definitions, amends regulations in the conservation and agricultural rural districts and adds retreat center as a conditional use in the conservation and agricultural rural districts. A copy of the full text of the proposed Ordinance may be examined during normal business hours at the Liberty Township Office Municipal Office or at this newspaper.
